Moving from its previous on-demand schedule, I-CAR will offer Professional Development Program classes in a scheduled structure, as it recognizes an industry-wide demand for this educational format. This move will eliminate many organizational difficulties with the present program classes, as those who wait to complete their annual education have been recently able to enjoy in-person I-CAR classes at their locations, creating an unfair advantage for those shops. I-CAR is preparing to offer multiple classes in larger areas in order to serve a greater metropolitan population, and will work to keep classes within an hour and a half of rural shops to minimize driving time.
